Denver signed Alex Toupane for the rest of the season after he finished
his 2nd 10-day contract.

Anthony Davis (NO) underwent surgery on his left knee and is out 3 to 4
months.

Meyers Leonard (Por) is scheduled to undergo surgery on his left shoulder
and is out for the rest of the season.

Brooklyn activated Sergey Karasev and placed Willie Reed on IL.
