News from March 3.

The NBA named Stephen Curry (GS) and LeBron James (Cle) as Players of the
Month for February.  Curry averaged 36.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 7.3
assists as Golden State went 9-1.  James averaged 24.8 points, 7.4
rebounds, and 7.3 assists as Cleveland went 8-5.

The NBA named Karl-Anthony Towns (Min) and Myles Turner (Ind) as Rookies
of the Month for February.  Towns averaged 21.1 points and 11.8 rebounds
as Minnesota went 5-6.  Turner averaged 13.4 points and 6.6 rebounds as
Indiana went 6-7.

The NBA fined Jerami Grant (Phi) $10,000 for throwing a water bottle into
the stands during Monday's Was-Phi game.

Denver signed Axel Toupane to a 10-day contract.

Memphis signed Ryan Hollins for the rest of the season.

Dallas activated JaVale McGee and placed Salah Mejri on IL.

Golden State activated Andre Iguodala and placed Kevon Looney on IL.
