Dallas signed Jeremy Evans to a 2 year, minimum contract.

Philadelphia signed 2nd round draft pick (#37) Richaun Holmes to a 3 year,
minimum contract.

Sacramento named Anthony Carter, Chad Iske, Nancy Lieberman, and John
Welch as assistant coaches.
