qualifying offer).

Phoenix signed Deonte Burton, Kyle Casey, Cory Jefferson, Henry Sims, and
Terrico White to 1 year, minimum non-guaranteed contracts.

Charlotte signed Sam Thompson and Jason Washburn to 1 year, minimum
non-guaranteed contracts.
