Denver signed Matt Janning, Oleksiy Pecherov, and Devin Sweetney to
non-guaranteed contracts.

Denver signed Mike Miller to a 1 year, minimum contract.

Portland exercised their 16-17 options for C.J. McCollum, Mason Plumlee,
and Noah Vonleh.

Washington exercised their 16-17 option for Otto Porter.

Derrick Rose (Chi) underwent surgery on a fractured left orbital bone and
is expected to be out 2 weeks.
