News from June 16.

The NBA suspended Monta Ellis (Ind) for violating the league's anti-drug
program.  The suspension will start at the beginning of the 17-18 regular
season.

The NBA suspended Reggie Bullock (Det) for 5 games for violating the
league's anti-drug program.  The suspension will start at the beginning of
the 17-18 regular season.

Milwaukee named Jon Horst as GM.
