The NBA announced that the 17-18 salary cap is $99.093 million and the tax
level is $119.266 million.  The non-tax paying team mid-level exception is
$8.406 million, the tax paying team mid-level exception is $5.192 million,
the and the mid-level exception for a team under the salary cap is $4.328
million.
