Portland signed Wade Baldwin to a 2-way contract.

Chicago placed Khris Dunn (dislocated left index finger), Nikola Mirotic
(facial fractures), Zach LaVine (left ACL surgery), and Cameron Payne
(right foot) on IL.

The LA Lakers placed Vander Blue, Thomas Bryant, John Hart, and Ivica
Zubac on IL.

The LA Clippers placed Jawun Evans, C.J. Williams, and Jamil Wilson (lower
back spasms) on IL.

NY placed Jarrett Jack, Luke Kornet, and Mindaugas Kuzminskas on IL and
Joakim Noah on the suspended list.

Oklahoma City placed  P.J. Dozier, Daniel Hamilton, and Kyle Singler on 
IL.

Toronto placed Lorenzo Brown, Bruno Caboclo, K.J. McDaniels, and Malcolm
Miller (right ankle surgery) on IL.
