New Orleans released Matrell Webster.

The NBA announced that instead of the traditional East vs West for the
All-Star game, 2 "captains" will select teams from a pool of 24 players
that were selected by fans, media, and players voting.  The captains will
be the top vote-getter in each conference.  The All-Star game takes place
on February 18.
