Boston signed 1st round draft pick (#3) Jayson Tatum to a 2 year,
$12,346,200 contract with 2 more years worth $17,727,120 at the team's
option.

Orlando signed 1st round draft pick (#6) Jonathan Isaac to a 2 year,
$9,155,400 contract with 2 more years worth $13,169,006 at the team's
option.

Detroit signed 1st round draft pick (#12) Luke Kennard to a 2 year,
$6,034,560 contract with 2 more years worth $9,100,986 at the team's
option.

Miami signed 1st round draft pick (#14) Bam Adebayo to a 2 year,
$5,446,200 contract with 2 more years worth $8,569,572 at the team's
option.

Atlanta signed 1st round draft pick (#19) John Collins to a 2 year,
$4,236,000 contract with 2 more years worth $6,823,862 at the team's
option.

Boston signed 2016 1st round draft pick (#23) Ante Zizic to a 2 year,
$2,117,280 contract with 2 more years worth $6,154,015 at the team's
option.

Memphis signed rookie free agent Kobi Simmons to a 2-way contract.

The LA Lakers released Tarik Black.

Indiana named as Chad Buchanan GM.

The July Moratorium has started.  All 16-17 contracts have ended.  Teams
may negotiate with free agents and make agreements for trades, but the
actual signings and making the trades can not occur until after the
moratorium ends on July 6.  Teams can sign rookies.  [You'll hear a lot of
reports of signings and trades, but they are not official.]
