The July Moratorium has ended.  Teams may now signed veteran free agents
and make trades.

TRADE: In a 3 team trade, Denver traded Danilo Gallinari to the LA
Clippers; the LA Clippers traded Jamal Crawford, Diamond Stone, a
protected 2018 1st round draft pick, and cash to Atlanta; and Atlanta
traded a 2019 2nd round draft pick to Denver.

TRADE: Indiana traded Paul George to Oklahoma City for Victor Oladipo and
Domantas Sabonis.

TRADE: Philadelphia traded the rights to 2nd round draft pick (#39) Jawun
Evans to the LA Clippers for cash.

TRADE: Philadelphia traded the rights to 2nd round draft pick (#46)
Sterling Brown to Milwaukee for cash.

Brooklyn made a 4 year, $106 million contract offer to restricted free
agent Otto Porter with the 4th year at the player's option.  Washington
has 2 days to match.

Charlotte signed 2nd round draft pick (#40) Dwayne Bacon to a 3 year
contract with the last 2 years at the team's option.

Chicago re-signed Cristiano Felicio to a 4 year, $32 million contract.

Dallas re-signed Dirk Nowitzki to a 2 year, $10 million contract with the
2nd year at the team's option.

Denver signed 1st round draft pick (#24) Tyler Lydon to a 2 year,
$3,454,080 contract with 2 more years worth $3,831,569 at the team's
option.

Detroit signed Sacramento free agent Langston Galloway to a 3 year, $21
million contract.

Houston signed P.J. Tucker to a 4 year, $32 million contract.

Houston signed 2016 2nd round draft pick (#43) Zhou Qi.

Indiana released Monta Ellis.

The LA Clippers signed Milos Teodosic to a 2 year, $12.3 million contract
with a player-option for the 2nd year.

The LA Lakers signed 2nd round draft pick (#30) Josh Hart.

Milwaukee signed 1st round draft pick (#17) DJ Wilson to a 2 year,
$4,669,320 contract with 2 more years worth $7,509,400 at the team's
option.

New Orleans re-signed Jrue Holiday to a 5 year, $126 million contract.

New York maed a 4 year, $71 million offer sheet to restricted free agent
Tim Hardaway.  Atlanta has 2 days to match.

Phoenix signed 2nd round draft pick (#32) Davon Reed.

Sacramento signed Memphis free agent Zach Randolph to a 2 year $24 million
contract.

Sacramento signed Utah free agent George Hill to a 3 year, $57 million
contract.

San Antonio signed Sacramento free agent Rudy Gay to a 2 year, $17.2
million contract with the 2nd year at the player's option.

San Antonio signed 1st round draft pick (#29) Derrick White to a 2 year,
$3,071,760 contract with 2 more years worth $5,464,364 at the team's
option.
