12/19  Shame on the Lakers who cut Kurt Rambis two days before he
was to receive a $250,000 bonus for being on the roster.  The
Lakers informed Rambis of the decision after he board the team
bus to go to a game against Detroit.

12/19 Detroit will retire Vinnie Johnson's jersey #15 before the
game against New Jersey in February.
