The NBA increased the lottery for the rookie draft from 11 to 13 teams.
The team with the worst record with still have a 25% chance of getting the
top pick.
 
Golden State waived Monty Buckley, Kevin Ollie, Billy McCaffrey, and Doug
Muse.  Their pre-season roster is now at 16 players.
 
Minnesota waived Bart Kofoed, Jerome Lane, and Brian Davis.  Their
pre-season roster is now at 18 players.
 
Utah waived Willis Cheaney, Jimmy Oliver, Terrance O'Kelley, and Reggie
Jackson.  Their pre-season roster is now at 14 players.
 
Seattle waived Evers Burns and Melvin Robinson.
