TRADE: Phoenix traded Dan Majerle, Antonio Lang, and a 1st round draft
pick to Cleveland for John "Hot Rod" Williams.  The draft pick will be for
'96, '97, or '98 at Cleveland's choice.
 
Chicago signed rookie Jason Caffey (#20 pick in the draft) to a 3 year
contract.  With the signing of Caffey, all of the first round draft picks
are signed and in training camp (except the couple who are injured).  Not
a single holdout this year thanks to the rookie cap.
 
Minnesota extended an offer to restricted free agent LaRon Ellis.
Charlotte is still deciding whether or not they will match the offer.
