Mark Sanford withdrew his name from the NBA draft and will return to
Washington for his junior season.  Underclassmen have until 48 hours prior
to the draft to withdraw their names from the draft.

NBC signed Bob Costas to a 6 year contract that includes a 6 month hiatus
starting in March, 1997.
