TRADE: Houston traded Pete Chilcutt, Tim Breaux, the 22nd draft pick, the
51st draft pick, and a conditional 1997 2nd round pick to Vancouver for 
the 30th and 42nd draft picks.  For Houston, this trade was to free up
salary cap money for the upcoming free agency market.

The Boston Celtics received the Pro Team Community Award for having the
most effective community program among pro sports franchises.  The Detroit
Pistons were runners-up and the Atlanta Falcons (NFL), Texas Rangers
(MLB), and Hartford Whalers (NHL) received honorable mentions.
