Washington signed Tim Legler to a 1 year contract.  (thanks to Chip Free)

Atlanta signed rookie Alan Henderson (#16 draft pick) to a 3 year contract 
and rookie Cuonzo Martin (#57) to a 1 year contract.

Charlotte signed rookie George Zidek (#22).

Philadelphia signed unrestricted free agent Vernon Maxwell.  Terms of the
contract were not disclosed.  Philadelphia is also expected to announce
the signing of rookie Jerry Stackhouse (#4) at a press conference today
(Wednesday).

Boston signed rookie Junior Burrough (#33).
