Phoenix activated Ben Davis, placed Loren Meyer on IR with a strained
lower back, and signed Horacio Llamas for the rest of the season.

Milwaukee signed Jimmy Carruth to a 10-day contract and released Cuonzo
Martin.  Carruth averaged 3.8 blocks with the Fort Wayne Fury of the CBA.

Sacramento activated Duane Causwell and placed Jeff Grayer on IR with a
sprained right index finger.
