The NBA announced the Allen Iverson (Phi) won the Rookie of the Year 
award.  Iverson received 44 of a possible 115 media votes.  Stephon 
Marbury (Min) received 35 votes, Shareef Abdur-Rahim (Van) received 25 
votes, Antoine Walker (Bos) received 6 votes, and Kerry Kittles (NJ) 
received 5 votes.
