The LA Lakers re-signed Elden Campbell to a 7 year contract.  It is
rumored he will average $6.5 million per season.

The LA Lakers signed rookie Derek Fisher to a 3 year, $1.757 million
contract.

Atlanta waived Donnie Boyce and Blair Basmussen.

Denver re-signed Dale Ellis.

Minnesota signed Chris Carr to a 3 year contract.

Minnesota renounced their rights to Spud Webb and Darrick Martin.

Indiana re-signed Fred Hoiberg to a 2 year, $544,500 contract.

Denver named Dick Motta as an assistant coach.  Motta was the head coach
for Dallas for the past two seasons.  Denver also moved Bob Kloppenburg
from assistant coach to player personnel coordinator.
