Toronto released Vincenzo Esposito.

The renegotiated new collective bargaining agreement between the NBA and
the Players Association includes an additional $80 million for the
players.  In return, the 2nd round of the NBA draft will remain.  In the
CBA negotiated last summer, the 2nd round was scheduled to disappear in
1998.  The CBA is a 6 year deal worth about $5 billion.
