News from May 17. The NBA held the draft lottery Sunday. The lottery determines the #1, #2, and #3 picks amongst the non-playoff teams. Vancouver actually won the lottery, but per their expansion agreement they can not draft #1 and, thus, will draft #2. The LA Clippers' number came up next and they will draft #1.
