TRADE: Boston traded Eric Williams to Denver for Orlando's 1999 2nd round
draft pick (which Denver received in a draft day trade) and Denver's 2001
2nd round draft pick.  The trade frees up about $1.14 million additional
salary cap money to give Boston about $3.5 million to go after a free
agent.  Rumors have Boston interested in Chris Mills.

Seattle signed David Wingate to a 1 year contract.
