News from January 20.

The lockout has officially ended.  The lawyers finalized the new
collective bargaining agreement and the players and owners signed it.
Training camp can open, players can be signed, and trades can be made
starting at 1 pm Central today (Thursday).  The league will release the
schedule for the shortened season today at 4 pm.  It is believed the
season will open February 5 (not the rumored slipped date of February 7).
