News from December 16.

On the labor front:
Same song, second verse.  No negotiating sessions are currently scheduled.
Small groups from both sides met last Thursday and Saturday for "secret"
negotiating sessions.  Saturday's meeting only lasted 30 minutes.  The
sides have reverted back to their usual finger pointing and trading public
barbs.
