The NBA fined Tracy McGrady (Tor) $3,500 for hitting Jamie Feick (NJ)
in the back of the head with a flagrant forearm in Monday's Tor-NJ game.

The NBA fined Alan Henderson (Atl) $3,500 for throwing the basketball
into the stands during Saturday's Mil-Atl game.  Ironically the ball hit 
teammate Dikembe Mutombo's daughter and she was treated on site for 
dizziness.

New Jersey placed Scott Burrell on IR with a sprained right ankle and
signed William Cunningham to a 10-day contract.

Seattle placed Vin Baker on IR with a torn ligament in his right thumb,
released Moochie Norris, and signed John Crotty.

Vancouver placed Doug West on IR with a broken toe and signed Terry 
Dehere to a 10-day contract.

The LA Clippers placed Sherman Douglas on IR with a strained left quad
and signed Troy Hudson to a 10-day contract.

Cleveland placed Ryan Stack on IR with back spasms and signed Earl Boykins
to a 10-day contract.

Bryon Russell (Uta) had 17 points including 4-6 3-pointers and the game
winning 3-pointer with 4.7 seconds left and 7 rebounds.
