David Wesley (Cha) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee to
repair damaged cartilage.

Rex Chapman (Pho) underwent surgery on his right foot to remove a neuroma
(entrapment of a nerve).  He his not allowed to put weight on the foot
for 2 weeks.

Lamont Long (junior, New Mexico, guard) withdrew his name from the NBA
draft.  Long had earlier declared himself eligible for the draft, but
changed his mind and decided to return to New Mexico for his senior
season.
