Dallas signed Kebu Stewart.

Philadelphia signed Rodrick Rhodes.

Toronto signed GM Glen Grunwald to a 4 year contract extension.  Grunwald
is now signed through 03-04.
 
Toronto signed Kevin Willis to a 2 year, $6.1 million contract extension.
Willis is now signed through 01-02.

The NBA Board of Governors approved the sale of the Denver Nuggets to
Donald Sturm.  Sturm's purchase of the Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche (NHL),
and the new Pepsi Center is reported to have cost $461 million.

Washington released Andre Riddick.

Latrell Sprewell (NY) has yet to report to training camp.  He had been
given permission to miss the start of camp pending the conclusion of a
civil trial, but the trial ended Tuesday and Sprewell has yet to contact
the team.

Portland signed Monte Buckley, Jimmy Carruth, Antonio Harvey, Mikita
