News from December 6.

Dallas suspended without pay Leon Smith.  Smith, a troubled teen, was
arrested twice (on Thursday and Friday) in Chicago, has an arrest warrant
against him for violating bond by leaving Chicago, and is currently in
the psychiatric ward of a Dallas hospital (he left Chicago to check into
the hospital).  

Milwaukee signed Glenn Robinson to a 1 year contract extension worth $12
million.  Robinson is now signed through the 2004-05 season.

Golden State signed Bill Curley.
