TRADE: In a three team trade, Philadelphia traded Larry Hughes, Billy
Owens, and Bruce Bowen and received Toni Kukoc; Golden State traded John
Starks and a 1st round draft pick and received Larry Hughes and Billy
Owens; and Chicago traded Toni Kukoc and received John Starks, Bruce
Bowen, and a 1st round draft pick.  The draft pick is Washington's pick,
which is top 3 protected for this season, that Golden State received as
part of the Chris Webber trade.

The NBA fined Dennis Rodman (Dal) $10,000 and suspended him for 1 game for
failing to leave the court in a timely manner and berating the refs
following his ejection from Tuesday's Dal-Mil game.

Milwaukee signed Mirsad Turkcan for the rest of the season.

Washington activated Michael Smith and placed Reggie Jordan on IR with
patella tendinitis in his left knee.
