35.7 points and 7.7 rebounds as Toronto went 2-1.

The NBA fined Greg Ostertag (Uta) $7,500 and fined Steve Smith (Por)
$3,000 for their skirmish during Sunday's Uta-Por game.

Cleveland signed Earl Boykins for the rest of the season.

Houston signed Moochie Norris for the rest of the season.

Washington activated Reggie Jordan and placed Lorenzo Williams on IR with
fluid in his right knee.
