TRADE: Orlando traded Isaac Austin to Washington for Terry Davis, Ben
Wallace, Tim Legler, and Jeff McInnis.  All four players that Orlando
received have one year left on their contracts.

New York named Scott Layden as GM.

Charlotte signed Eddie Robinson to a 2 year, $1.2 million contract.
