Charlotte signed Todd Fuller.

Seattle re-signed Vin Baker to a 7 year, $86.7 million contract.  The
contract does contain weight clauses for Baker to receive the full amount.

Washington has reached an agreement with Mitch Richmond for a 4 year, $40 
million contract that has a lot of incentive clauses in it.  The contract 
will not be formally signed until Richmond finishes his vacation.

Miami signed head coach Pat Riley to a contract extension that will take 
him "well" past the 2000-01 season.  The length of the contract is not 
known.  In 1995, Riley signed a contract to be GM for 10 years and to be 
coach for 5 years.
