TRADE: Dallas traded Chris Anstey to Chicago for a 2000 2nd round draft
pick.

Dallas signed Jason Sasser, Anthony Miller, Zendon Hamilton, and Robert
White to 1 year, non-guaranteed contracts.

Houston signed Shandon Anderson to a 3 year, $6.6 million contract.  The
3rd year is at the player's option.

The LA Lakers signed John Salley, Benoit Benjamin, and Melvin Levett.

Orlando signed second round draft pick Louis Bullock and released Michael 
Smith.

Sacramento re-signed Corliss Williamson to a 2 year, $7.5 million
contract.  The 2nd year is at the player's option.
