Miami released Mark Davis and signed Corey Brewer, Jamie Watson, and
Jermaine Walker.

Utah re-signed John Stockton to a 2 year, $22 million contract and 
re-signed Jeff Hornacek to a 1 year, $5.2 million contract.  Hornacek has
stated that this will be his last season.

Vancouver named Lawrence Frank as an assistant coach.

Washington signed Andre Riddick, Gerard King, Derek Grimm, Reggie Jordan,
and James Collins.

Cleveland signed Jamel Thomas, Matt Fish, and Tony Smith.

Miami signed Corey Brewer, Jamie Watson, and Jermaine Walker.

Milwaukee signed Charles Shackleford.

Couple of older ones that slipped through the cracks:
Houston signed Thomas Hamilton.

Toronto signed Percy Miller to a 1 year, non-guaranteed contract.

Orlando released Jeff McInnis.

[Note: with the start of training camp just around the corner (October 5),
teams have been filling out their training camp roster.  This involves
signing a number of players to 1 year, non-guaranteed contracts.  Most of
those players will not make the teams' final rosters.  And thanks to Jed
Tai for informing me of some of the training camp fodder (and keeping me
really busy catching up after my vacation).]

On the lighter side:
Coaches will now be subject to testing for drugs during training camp.
That includes performance enhancing substances.  Asked one unnamed coach: 
"Does that include Viagra?"
