His TPO column deals with Poland's recent changes in TPOs, Poland's HPOs and some German stamps illustrating East German TPOs. In his Rural Free Delivery column, Guy Purington discusses and illustrates greeting cards left by RFD carriers. In his street car R.P.O. column, David Gentry illustrates a new street car registered cover.
