TRANSIT POSTMARK COLLECTOR, Volume 70, No. 1

Mobile Post Office Society's quarterly publication issue of November-January will soon be in the mail to members.

In this issue, we feature:

• Will Keller's column on Highway Post Offices features the Central Washington State operation of the Hinkle & Yakima RPO and its replacement, the Pasco & Yakima HPO.

• Two covers from prominent streetcar RPO collectors are detailed in Douglas Clark's column, "News from the Cities."

• "Topically TPO" features two Postal cards issued by Canada Post showing Railway Mail operations and a brief outline of Canadian RPO service.
