Spacious, fit our family comfortably. Perfect for hunting and/or fishing expeditions. All amenities needed were readily available. Particularly enjoyed going home with clean clothes.

Great communication and responsiveness from Terry. House was roomy, comfortable and had lots of character. Air conditioners and air purifier provided a refuge from the hot, smoky weather outside. A great place to stay!

Thanks for sharing your family home with us! super clean and quiet, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen. everything works... its not fancy but fancy is not always necessary! Really comfy livingroom with nice TV set up! quiet neighborhood. fabulous price! thank you Terry and Emmy the place worked great for us!

Terry and Emmy are excellent at communicating and are extremely well organized, having a book full of answers to any questions you may have. The place is in a great location and is exceptionally clean. Highly recommend.

This home is extremely roomy and had everything we needed for our over 2 week stay. The close proximity to shopping and the river was great. As stated on the website, the custome home will take you back to a period in time!

This house is a great landing pad when you find yourself in the Clarkston / Lewiston area. It has lots of space at a reasonable rate. The house is not swanky or posh, so if you're looking for a modern feel this place is not for you. If you are planning a family event with multiple vehicles please be aware that parking space is limited and could be difficult depending on your particular situation.

Great space!! The home is in a quiet area so there is plenty of privacy. Lots of room and it had everything I needed. Terry and Emma were very responsive and made sure to let me know before they stopped by and when they left. Great view of the valley from the living room! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again in the future!

Great location! You’re at the end of a drive, not much traffic, quiet, great yard, super close to everything. The view of the town at night in the side yard is awesome—the lights are incredible! It’s a great spot to hang out under the stars! We even saw some deer in the backyard in the evenings! Very homey, lots of space, and plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. The one chair was literally the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in! (Not even kidding it was so pillowy) Only downside was no WiFi, but then again it’s good to disconnect as much as you can! We’re typically Hulu streamers, but for antenna tv we recommend watching The Price is Right at 10am, pepper in some Emeril Lagasse, and PBS the rest of the (Website hidden by Airbnb) has some seriously quality programming. If you’re not in the best mind set try a mood boost by watching some painting with Bob Ross! Terry was super quick with responses and very hospitable! My husband is quite the talker and talked Terry’s ear off once or twice while he was there to do some yard maintenance! He’s a really nice guy! (Thanks for having us!) On a side note, the recycling in the area is kinda bizarre. Cardboard/paper is down the road, but metals and plastic are across the river and they do NOT accept glass....the Rob dude there is super friendly though, he was a joy to talk with. INSTACART delivers to this address (Albertsons & Costco)....super handy if you’re not feeling grocery shopping! There’s a lot of nice folks doing the deliveries there—tip them well if you order! It’s good karma! : ) 5/5 We highly recommend Terry's space!!!

Terry is very quick to respond. The place was so much fun and brought up great conversation (you'll know what I mean when you stay there). Terry is accurate about it being a little dated but I wouldn't change very much; pretty cool place. The house is perfect for hanging out when you're not out and about. Beds were very comfortable and the check-in/out was super easy. Would definitely stay there again.
