MY FAVORITE FOOD-- Homemade Dish

The origin of this dish is from Taiwan. It is a traditional Taiwanese food. This dish, translated from Chinese, is called 3-cup chicken. Even though its name will probably make you think of 3 cups of chicken. But "3 cups" refers to the seasoning of the food. At my house, we cook this dish once in a while but not very often, simply because of the length of time it takes to make.

"Three cup" means a cup of wine, a cup of sesame oil, and a cup of soy sauce. That's the sauce of the dish. Besides the sauce, there are a variety of vegetables that you can add into. But it's optional (mushrooms, onion, etc).
