Mmmm... Bread...plus tomato sauce, with just the right amount of cheese? Bake that up, and you have my favorite food. The almighty pizza! It makes me feel like true New Yorker having my favorite food be pizza. But it's not just that, I like the taste of it. Any neighborhood in Manhattan, you can turn around and find a classic New York pizza shop. I've been eating pizza for as long as I can remember. A slice of pizza with parmesan cheese, and a soda can make my day in an instant.

The pizza we know of today, was originated in Italy by Raffaele Esposito, in 1889. From then, all the way to now, in 2007, pizza is a food widely eaten all over the world. Especially by me! There are many different kinds of pizza. There are different toppings, like pepperoni, and sausage. There are also different shaped pizzas, like the square Sicilian slice.

I like to eat Papa John's Pizza. Their pizza pies come with garlic sauce, and it tastes great. They're also located right down the street from me, that's not a bad thing either. The pizzas also come with jalepenos, my mom usually eats that.

The best part of Papa John's pizza is ordering too much. That means that the next morning, when I wake up at like 11 AM, I can be greeted with a few slices of greatness. There's no food I'd rather choose than a warm slice of pizza to start my day. Now that's great business!
