Arrival Departure Dichotomy Table

Raymond Thomas' presentation, which is probably more useful for the job site, uses a simple dichotomy between arrival and departure, so I will try to reproduce his
work in that manner below:
Pre-Arrival / Setup
  1. A-20: Crew at gate
  2. A-10: GSE staged
    1. Chocks on J-Line 1 foot away from the line
    2. All the equipment is ready
    3. Does this plane require a tail stand?
    4. Where should the chocks be placed?
    5. Is your gate congested with GSE?
  3. A-10: Tail stand is inspected/checked
    1. The Cap: Check the soft plastic cap on the tip of the tail stand.
    2. Both levels: Make sure they still have fluid and that the bubbles move.
    3. Wheels: No obvious damage
    4. Base Screw positioning and baseplate: Ensure that the base screw is lowered by touching the base plate.
    5. Upper Section: Check for any dent on the tube. Compress and release the springed mechanism 3 times (Checking to see if the spring works, ensuring that the upper section moves freely and the leveling spring works correctly)
    6. Tag the stand out if you find damage and then find another and re-start the inspection anew.
  4. A-10: Briefing / Huddle
    1. Flight, Aircraft Routing
    2. Gate
    3. ETA/ETD, Turn Time
    4. All Cargo compartments and each commodity
    5. Identify Special procedures needed. Examples:
      1. Honor flights
      2. Human remains
      3. Medical inbound
    6. If any questions, ask the lead for clarifications.

NOTES:
1. I got this from Raymond, but Destiny had her own version of this which I was too slow to write down properly. Therefore, I am learning mostly from Raymond here. My bad.
2. Unlike Raymond's list, I pull the overlapping items into their own sections. This is NOT necessarily the most effective leading, but is to help me lead. I'll try to have
conversations with experienced personnel when I can get somebody's time on it and then add comments if there is anything helpful about it.
