Harry Asserts the decision by Judge Beryl Howell is strong enough to stop further such actions to control law firms by President Trump.
Harry says this Executive Order is so obviously unconstitutional, and Howell's detailed response is so exhaustive, that it is very unlikely to see any successful appeal activity. Howell's decision is a big blow to Trump. In some ways the strongest pushback yet by the Judiciary. These are the actual merits, Harry asserts. "..She shreds them and rips the order into teeny little pieces..."

Scheme was to go after law firms as retribution for being against his actions or policies. The order has nothing to do with National Security. "..It is worse than a joke, but repugnant..."
You can't punish citizens or organizations on the basis of their opinions or speech. It's unlawful to go against them because of their speech. It is unlawful to engage in reprisals. There are unlawful violations of due process.
The Executive order is the consummate opposite of upholding the Constitution, which Trump publicly just asserted he doesn't even know (remember?) if he is supposed to uphold the Constitution.
