Now wait a minute. We were subverting other countries long before the CIA Existed. The Marines were sent to Nicaragua before WWII. We slaughtered 80,000 people in the Phillipines in the Spanish American War. We stole a third of Mexico before the Civil War. We were slaughtering tribes for their real estate for 500 years! The CIA is just the latest tool for such real estate robbery. I agree the CIA is evil, but it is evil because the U.S.A. is evil. What needs to happen is a complete breakup of the United States into some five to ten smaller countries, all of whom are NOT in the UN Security Council and have to negotiate for rights with the international community, have to sign on to the ICC and the ICJ and help make the UDHR into hard Human Rights International Law. Eliminating the CIA alone is just using that one organization as a scape goat. It is the whole kit and kaboodle that is the problem. MAGA yearns for bringing back open atrocities and genocide, like those from Sand Creek to My Lai. You cannot fix it without throwing out Washington D.C. and starting from scratch. If there is anything Trump can do for this country it will be to so delegitimize it that it will be broken up.
