Upon eyeing the buffet loaded with fried items and sauces that seem to be enhanced with food coloring, the
visitor will be under no illusion that this is an authentic Chinese restaurant.
For Americanized Chinese cuisine, though, it is pretty good. Even though the sauces tend to be too thick, they have a fairly good flavor, and the ingredients of the food are fresh and good tasting. The owner used to be a chef at a large Chinese restaurant in OKC, and I think the food is rather sophistacated as in OKC (at least there is a large menu selection including several vegetarian items). |
