Jordan and I tour the paths on after a light snow. The temperature is 26 and the wind is 30 miles per hour. Warm clothes make the outing quite comfortable in spite of the elements.

The Actionbent is a little better suited to riding in snow, with its 26 inch rear wheel and higher ground clearance. Even so, with the wind drifting snow in places, I got stuck several times. Where the snow was two inches or less, I had no trouble, even on the interior paths.

Things slowed down a little in the bamboo with the light snow on top of several inches of bamboo leaves.

The main gravel paths were quite fast, allowing for some exciting slides on turns.

The swing is a lot colder to sit on than the trike, and the motion is nowhere near as exciting.

The temperature drop was very sudden. Ice closes up the pond. Before dark, it was complete.
