The triagular property is bounded by a quarter mile of Kapowsin Creek on one side and an equal length of Morgan Creek on another.  A third spring fed creek flows through the north end of the side.

Kapowsin Creek is a large stream that drains Lake Kapowsin and flows into the Puyallup River.

It is inhabited by trout and steelhead, and is a spawning ground for salmon.

Morgan Creek, draining nearby Morgan Lake, is a noisy cascade, with 150 feet of drop along the property's west border.

Over the millenia, Morgan Creek dug a deep canyon at the edge of the plateau.

It is a very steep fifty foot drop from the edge of the house down to the water.

There are small waterfalls within Morgan Creek and others flowing into it from other streams.
