It is frightening how intelligent Google is becoming at targeting advertisements.

     I post yesterday about being on doxycycline, today I get ads for probiotics.  It’s a pretty well known fact that doxycycline can destroy gut bacteria but I’m surprised that Google has gone beyond just keyword matching to make that connection.
