Junior Football 6-14, okay, but Cheerleading?  Really?

     Someone has to be really dedicated to their job to want their remains to become part of a sewage treatment plant.

     These flags were flying outside of a McDonalds, A United States flag, a State of Washington flag, and a McDonalds flag, which is at the same level as the state flag. Make of it what you will. I am kind of wondering how many legislators they own.

     I am not sure if what is growing on this old dead tree is moss or a fungus or something else but it’s fascinating how this dead tree has brought about new life.

     This bridge used to be part of where 100th became Market Street in Kirkland in years past when it was just a two lane road.  Now it is used as a foot bridge through the wetlands area which has become Juanita Bay Park.  It’s one of the few portions of Lake Washington that hasn’t been commercialized and over developed.
